Name: Michael Anthony-Luke Garcia Born and raised in: Long Island, New York Education: Garcia attended the University of Delaware where he spent 3.5 of those years singing in a rock band by the name of Excitebike. Garce then played with a side-project known by the name of Signal/Static for the better part of his senior year at Delaware until he graduated.
